For deliveries, a shipping notification email will be sent once the item departs from our warehouse. This email will include the order number, date of order, order summary, and shipping particulars. You can track the status of your shipment by using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
When your items are ready for pickup, a notification email containing pickup information will be sent to you.
To avoid cancellation, it is essential to pick up your items by the specified date indicated in the pickup information email. In case your item is still pending pickup, a reminder email will be sent.
Free shipping is applicable only to commercial addresses within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses. This applies solely to standard shipping and cannot be adjusted for overnight or priority shipping.
We utilize UPS for shipping, and where available, customers have the option to choose faster delivery methods for an additional fee. Delivery times vary based on factors such as delivery location, item availability, and order placement time.

The shipping or delivery time depends on various factors, including warehouse processing time. While we strive for a swift turnaround, unforeseen circumstances like inclement weather or civil disturbances may cause delays. Once an item is shipped, cancellation is not possible unless the customer agrees to cover return shipping and restocking fees.
